Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for identifying and developing key lead generating strategic initiatives, new products and services, as well as growing the existing partner engagement program. This role will be responsible for a number of key strategic deliverables, including the development of local and global strategic partnerships and initiatives, analysing markets and competition, should strive to achieve the best sales and customer onboarding techniques in the world, in order to achieve the target free zone revenue and member satisfaction scoring.

Key competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years in business development and/or managerial
    sales role
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and sales management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of free zone business and in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as customer service strategies
