P&G was founded over 181 years ago as a soap and candle company. Today, we’re the world’s largest consumer goods company and home to iconic brands, including Always®, Braun®, Fairy®, Gillette®, Head & Shoulders®, Oral B®, Pantene®, Pampers®, Tide®, Old Spice®, Downy®, Crest®, OLAY®, Safeguard®.
Our brands are trusted in millions of living rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and bathrooms—and have been passed down from generation to generation challenging convention, leading innovation, and helping shape culture.
Since establishing in the Arabian Peninsula in 1956, P&G has been one of the largest fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies in the Gulf. With headquarter offices in Dubai, and plants and operations in Saudi Arabia, P&G has served consumers and developed leaders all across the region for over 60 years. The Gulf is a key manufacturing base for P&G. We export brands produced here to more than 50 countries in Africa, Asia and Europe. Today, P&G’s brands are household names and are used in almost every home in the Arabian Peninsula.
The design, development, growth and success of our brands over the past decades is thanks to the innovative and insightful minds of our people. It has helped us grow into a global company that is governed responsibly and ethically, that is open and transparent, and that supports good causes and protects the environment. This is a place where you can be proud to work and do something that matters.

On my first day, I was introduced to all the functions at P&G, not just mine. I was encouraged to always have a big-picture mentality and see beyond just my scope. I understood, right from the start, that business is more than a scorecard.
It’s exciting to work with people from different backgrounds and locations. I’ve been involved in a global PS project with people outside of my region. P&G is a place that focuses on building leaders—a company that recognizes that people are its biggest asset. We’re encouraged to develop our personal skills and business knowledge on a daily basis.
You’ll help make everyday life easier for our 5 billion consumers through billion dollar brands. With our large global footprint, there are many opportunities to work with P&G in multiple locations. We offer opportunities in approximately 70 countries and continually aim to attract, reward and advance the finest people in the world. As a “build from within” organization, we see 95% of our people start at an entry level and progress through the organization. Here, we want you to get your career off to a fast start. That’s why we don’t have any rotational development programs or gradual ramping-up periods: you’ll be able—and encouraged—to dive right in from day 1 !
