Welcome to JobsForNationals.com (“JFN”), a technology platform owned and operated by Hamilton Resourcing MENA FZ LLE, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JobsForNationals.com, including all websites, subdomains, mobile services, AI-powered features, virtual career fairs, employer branding services, Premium Active Sourcing, resume search services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
Introduction
Welcome to JobsForNationals.com (“JFN”), a platform operated by Hamilton Resourcing MENA FZ LLE. We are dedicated to advancing Nationalization (Emiratisation and Saudization) by connecting qualified national talent with employers across the UAE. We process personal data in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL) and other applicable regional data protection laws. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.
Platform Role
JobsForNationals.com is a technology platform that facilitates connections between employers, educational institutions and job seekers. JFN is not an employment agency, recruitment consultancy, labour supplier, or employer, and does not guarantee employment, interviews, candidate suitability, or hiring outcomes.
Description of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to, premium active sourcing, job postings, employer branding, candidate engagement, and the facilitation of virtual career fairs. These services may be delivered via our website (www.jobsfornationals.com), affiliated subdomains, email campaigns, social media platforms, and messaging services.
JFN is not primarily a searchable resume database—Database Search functionality is currently offered on an experimental basis under our Teams subscription. Services are designed to facilitate visibility and applications, not data mining.
AI Services
Certain Services provided through the Platform utilise artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and operational assistance only. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating and approving all AI-generated outputs before relying upon them.
JobsForNationals makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
Modification of Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at our discretion. We will provide notice of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the website at least 10 days before the changes become effective, unless urgent legal or security requirements dictate otherwise. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information;
Maintain confidentiality of your credentials;
Notify JFN within 48 hours of any suspected account breach or unauthorized access;
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
Communications
Upon registration, you consent to receive job alerts, notifications, and updates from JFN via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. These communications are part of the core service and may include relevant opportunities, platform announcements, and program information. You may opt out of non-essential notifications at any time by updating your account preferences or contacting [email protected].
Job Applications
Candidates can view job listings and apply through JFN or may be redirected to employer-hosted career pages. Application methods depend on the employer’s membership level.
Paid Services & Subscriptions
All employer-related services are fee-based. Pricing may change without prior notice. By purchasing services, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. Payments may be processed via third-party providers, subject to their terms.
Billing & Refunds:
Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 15 days before renewal.
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
Account Management & Event Participation
Employer account status and participation in virtual career fairs are governed by the program guidelines described in Section 2 (Description of Services). For information on account deactivation, reactivation, event scheduling, or support, please contact [email protected].
Code of Conduct
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited actions include:
Using bots, scraping, or automation tools;
Uploading malware or harmful code;
Harassing or defaming others;
Posting fraudulent or infringing content;
Disrupting platform integrity.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Acceptable Use Policy
No user may:
- scrape the platform
- use AI bots
- build competing datasets
- benchmark the platform
- attempt prompt injection against AI features
JFN Posts (Community Content)
JFN Posts is a moderated forum for user discussion. Participation requires a valid account. All users must adhere to our Community Guidelines. Employer representatives must clearly identify themselves. We may remove content or restrict access for violations, and users may appeal removals by contacting [email protected].
Content & Licensing
When submitting content (e.g., company profiles, job postings, branding materials), you represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary for JFN to use such content. You grant JFN a worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content.
All content created or published by JFN remains our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Branding & Copyrights
Upon completion of Employer registration, whether as an Organization or Institution, JFN is granted the right to use your name, logo, and provided informational content throughout our platform, including but not limited to job listings, promotional materials, virtual career fair pages, and social media channels, for the purpose of promoting your brand.
Organizations: Your organization’s logo and branding materials may be featured alongside job postings, employer profiles, and marketing campaigns.
Institutions: In addition to the above, JFN reserves the right to create and maintain an Institutional Profile showcasing your institution’s logo, overview information, news posts, and highlights of alumni achievements to enhance visibility and engagement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the platform design, software, source code, databases, AI-generated content, workflows, graphics, trademarks, logos, videos, documentation, text, and other proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of JobsForNationals.com or its licensors.
No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant:
Uninterrupted or error-free service;
Timely correction of defects;
Virus-free content;
That outcomes will meet your expectations.
Services may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to technical issues. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where technically feasible. These disclaimers are subject to exceptions under the UAE E‑Commerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2016) regarding service availability and consumer protections, as applicable.
In compliance with the UAE E‑Commerce Law, we retain electronic records of all user transactions, communications, and contracts for a minimum of five (5) years.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobsForNationals.com (“JFN”), Hamilton Resourcing MENA FZ LLE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, anticipated savings, reputation, data, or business interruption arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
While JFN implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information and maintain platform availability, no website, network, cloud infrastructure or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.
Accordingly, JFN shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, loss of data, unauthorised access, cyberattack, malware, ransomware, denial-of-service (DDoS) attack, infrastructure failure, internet outage, or security incident resulting from events beyond its reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers.
For users of Free Services, the Services are provided without charge and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, JFN shall have no contractual liability arising from the use of those Services.
For customers purchasing Paid Services, JFN’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any verified security incident, shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the subscription fees actually paid by the affected customer during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum aggregate liability of USD 500.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JFN, its affiliates, and stakeholders harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, content submission, or breach of these Terms. JFN may assume defense at its option.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.
Governing Laws & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts or UAE federal courts, at JFN’s discretion.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JFN. You may not assign your rights; JFN may assign these Terms without restriction.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
