We’re inviting a small group of employers to experience a new, easier way to attract Emirati, Saudi & Qatari talent. Instead of relying only on job postings, our team creates and runs short, bilingual AI video campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and X — promoting your career opportunities directly to Emirati, Saudi & Qatari Nationals.

Everything is fully managed by our campaign specialists — you simply approve the content and receive your performance results.
This pilot is part of our commitment to help employers build stronger visibility, credibility, and trust with UAE, Saudi & Qatari Nationals before the 2026 nationalisation cycle.

Participating employers will receive:
- A complimentary Essential Emiratisation (10) plan — valued at USD $1,990 — including 10 job postings promoted for up to 60 days.
- Optional ATS redirection for seamless application tracking.
- Performance insights report summarizing impressions, engagement, and applicant trends.
(The complimentary Essential Emiratisation plan is activated upon activation of the minimum 3 Social Outreach campaigns.)

Eligibility
Employers must:
- Be recruiting for a minimum of three (3) active (Emirati AND/OR Saudi AND/OR Qatari) roles in 2025.
- Activate at least three (3) Social Outreach campaigns (AI Job Previews) using the form below before 15th December 2025.
- Nominate an internal TA or HR contact to coordinate campaign approvals, timelines, and performance feedback.
