Following Ru’ya, we are keeping Employer Registration open until Wednesday 7 October 2026, giving organisations additional time to participate in the 9th VECF.

Employer Booth Content
Please submit your booth content as soon as possible and no later than 10 October 2026.
Your submission should include your employer logo, booth posters, videos, workplace and culture images, and any candidate-facing documents you would like to feature in your virtual booth.
Early submission is strongly recommended to allow our team sufficient time to review your content, request any amendments if required, and prepare your virtual booth ahead of the 9th Virtual Emiratisation Career Fair on Thursday 22 October 2026.

Not at all. Once you register, our team will guide you through setting up your virtual booth from start to finish. You do not need any special software or technical experience — if you can join a video call, you are ready to participate.
