GENERAL RESOURCE

Your application goes directly to the Employer if it matches their skills requirements.

Hiring manager will contact you through the contact details that you have provided. i.e. email or phone

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to make any edits to your uploaded document once you have submitted your application.

However, we can upload a new updated attachment (resume/cover letter as one file) and delete the outdated version, but it’s not guaranteed the hiring team will be able to see the update if the recruitment is already in progress.

It normally takes an average of 2 weeks before you can expect to hear back from the Employers. If your 2 weeks have passed than you can always contact the Employer from their company page contact form for an update.

Remember only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Average turnaround time is 2 – 4 weeks from date of application, depending on the workload. Please ensure that your skills match the job requirements before applying.

Our review and account activation process is quite rapid. However depending on the number of activation’s, the maximum turnaround time is within 24 hours.

Database search is a high in demand request. However as a recruitment marketing services provider, our objective is to drive fresh talent to your fresh jobs.

Databases tend to get outdated fairly quickly as CV’s are only updated when one is looking for a job, therefore ‘active’ targeted recruitment marketing is far more effective.

Employer sign-up is absolutely free and Employer can start growing their UAE National followers immediately. Employer only pay when they start promoting their career opportunities as that requires a purchase of a membership plan, Basic Membership or Premium Membership.

Candidate application notifications are sent on email to the administrator or the Team members (in case of multiple team members managing their own pipelines under one Employer account). However depending on the membership, applications are either received on Employer dashboard or redirected to the Employers ATS.

No there is no limit to the number of candidates who can apply to your jobs.

Our job postings are live for 90 days, however, the admin can decide to promote the job for less than 90 days as well.

Yes you can mark the job filled anytime before the 90 days. Alternatively your jobs will close automatically after 90 days and no further job applications will be received.

You can cancel anytime by logging in to your dashboard and going to the “Subscriptions” tab.
