The National Talent Hiring Series is a curated, virtual hiring programme designed to connect pre-applied Emirati graduates and early-career professionals with employers running structured hiring cohorts in 2026.
This is not a general career fair. Candidate participation and interviews are confirmed based on role alignment, employer readiness, and cohort timing.

- 2. You are added to the relevant industry talent pools
- 3. When employers confirm cohorts, you receive invitations based on fit
- 4. If shortlisted, you’ll be able to schedule interviews within the virtual platform
