Prove your skills.
Stand out before you apply.
Skills assessments posted directly by JobsForNationals. Complete one, join a verified talent pool, and get contacted first when employers post matching roles.
How it works
From application to verified — four steps
JFN Skills Academy assessments work like a job application — because they are one. You apply to a live posting below, answer skills questions, and JFN reviews your responses manually.
Apply to an open assessment
Find the assessment that matches your career track below and submit your application through the job listing.
Answer the skills questions
Questions take around 15–20 minutes. Internships, study projects, and training all count — formal work history is not required.
JFN reviews your responses
A member of the JFN team reads and scores your answers against the skills framework. No algorithm, no keyword filtering.
Get contacted when a role goes live
When an employer posts a matching role, verified candidates are contacted via WhatsApp — before the job is publicly promoted.

Why complete an assessment
What being verified means for you
The JFN Skills Academy is not a test you pass or fail. It is a way to make your skills visible to employers before a role is even posted.
First contact on matching roles
When an employer posts a role in your verified track, JFN contacts the pool via WhatsApp before the job is publicly promoted.
Skills-based, not CV-based
Internships, study projects, and training all count. Formal work history is not required to complete an assessment.
Reviewed by a person, not an algorithm
A member of the JFN team reads and scores your responses. No system rejecting you on keywords or formatting.
Free — no fees, no subscriptions
JFN Skills Academy assessments cost nothing. JFN's commercial relationships are with employers, not candidates.
How the verified pool actually works — no vague promises.
Completing an assessment adds you to a JFN-maintained pool for that track. You will not receive a badge on your Careerfy profile, and employers cannot search for verified status in the platform yet. What happens instead: when an employer posts a qualifying role, JFN runs a WhatsApp campaign to verified candidates in that track. That is the direct benefit. We are building this capability incrementally, and we will not claim it does more than it does.
Questions
Common questions
No. The assessments are designed to be answerable through education, internships, training, and personal projects — not only formal employment. If you are a recent graduate or early in your career, your answers are still valid.
Each assessment includes 6–8 questions. Most candidates complete them in 15–20 minutes. There is no time limit — take the time you need to answer well.
JFN reviews your responses manually. If your answers meet the threshold for the track, you are added to the verified pool. You will not be contacted until a live employer role exists in your track — we will not send speculative or unrelated outreach.
Yes. If your background genuinely fits more than one track, apply to both. Each assessment is scored independently. Do not apply to a track that does not match your background — the review process will identify this.
No. These assessments are posted and reviewed by JFN directly — not by any employer. Your responses are not shared with any employer without your consent. Verified candidates are contacted when a relevant employer role is posted, at which point you decide whether to apply.
No. Verification means your skills meet the track threshold and you will be among the first contacted when a matching role is posted. It does not guarantee a job offer — the employer makes that decision through their own hiring process.
