About the role family:
Visual Merchandisers create and maintain in-store and window displays that communicate the brand, guide the customer journey, and drive sales. The role requires a combination of creative design instinct and commercial discipline — displays must be visually compelling and aligned to planograms, promotional briefs, and brand guidelines simultaneously.

This role is a high-growth area across UAE luxury, fashion, and lifestyle retail. Majid Al Futtaim, Al Tayer Group, and Chalhoub Group actively recruit UAE National Visual Merchandisers as part of their Emiratisation strategy.

Who should apply:
UAE Nationals with a background or interest in visual design, fashion, interior design, creative arts, or retail operations. Formal VM experience is not required — candidates with design education, creative portfolios, or strong aesthetic instincts who have not yet worked in a VM role are encouraged to apply.
