About the role family:
Compliance Officers and KYC Analysts ensure that financial institutions operate within UAE regulatory requirements — including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations set by the CBUAE. The role family includes KYC Analysts, AML Officers, Compliance Analysts, and Risk & Compliance Officers. Permanent structural demand driven by CBUAE regulatory requirements makes this one of the most consistently recruited roles for UAE Nationals in banking.

Who should apply:
UAE Nationals who are studying, recently graduated, or have up to 3 years of experience in banking, finance, law, or business. Coursework in finance, compliance, or UAE law is valid — you do not need direct compliance work experience to apply.
