Employers post jobs for free, choosing how much they are willing to pay for hiring the perfect candidate. Users (anyone– you, me, and possibly our moms!) refer family, friends, colleagues, and other peers with a few clicks. Our algorithms anonymize all profiles and sort by relevance to the job referred to.
In order to get access to the referred profile, employers use secure escrows that get encashed to the referrer when a referral is hired – and everyone profits!
