Al Murad Group is looking to hire Public Relations Officer (UAE Nationals Only) to join their team in Ajman.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of new and renewals of Visa, Work permits, transfers and cancellations for employees and dependents.
- Legalize documents from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as required.
- Obtaining or renewal of the company’s trade licenses and memberships with the Ministry of Economy and the Chamber of Commerce in Ajman and Dubai Emirates.
- Stay up to date with changes in the UAE Labour law, Ministry of Immigration and Ministry of Labour procedures and liaise for any HR Related Issues & complains.
- Updating the company on all new rules related to the company operations in the UAE.
In line with the Emiratisation program in the UAE to boost employment for local talent, this role is exclusively open to Emiratis/UAE nationals only. Knowledge of the UAE labour law and Pension Authority procedures and applications.
- Fluency in English communication required.
- Strong organizational skills, team player and multitasking ability.
- Flexible in taking on new tasks.
