القيام بتخصيص الأراضي لجميع الاستعمالات، ومراجعة و تدقيق كافة المشاريع و استعمالات الأراضي المقترحه من قبل المستثمرين و الاستشاريين و الملاك في الإمارة، وإصدار شهادات عدم الممانعة لمشاريع البنية التحتية ، والتأكد من تنفيذ معايير ومواصفات تخصيص المرافق والخدمات العامة
