Job Description
SS Lootah Group is looking to hire Administrative Officers (UAE Nationals Only) to join their team in Dubai.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities, assist various departments, and uphold our high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and partners.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation both physically and digitally.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
- Facilitate paperwork and documentation for real estate transactions and trading activities.
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
