When I joined the program, I was really interested in exploring various roles to see what I would enjoy the most. DMCC offered me the support, mentorship and guidance to enhance my skills and discover an area I would be passionate about, as well as develop a career I am proud of.
I joined the Almas Emirati Graduate Development Program in 2017 and can truly say it was a great start to my career.
