GRADUATE TRAINING & EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM

The alumni office in collaboration with the College of Engineering has developed a distinguished training & employability program that will offer employability opportunities to newly graduating engineers.

If you are looking to employ an Emirati engineering graduates this opportunity is going to be for you.

We are launching the training and employability program for the engineering college graduates who are seeking job opportunities. The program will be for six months where the trainee will be placed in one of your premises for the practical part and one week of each month will undergo skills development at the university under the supervision of one of our faculty. After the successful completion of the training program, the employer has the choice to extend a job offer to the trainee.

6 Months

The program will run for 6 months on-the-job training complemented by theoretical sessions.

Location

The program will take place at the University of Sharjah and the Employers site.

Modules

The following modules will be covered as part of the program; Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Creativity & Innovation, Technology (AI & Cybersecurity)

JobsForNationals has two booths to give away to Employers interested in meeting Engineering Graduates who are participating in this program. All graduates who are participating in this program have graduated less the 2 years ago with a GPA of 3 or above.
