The easiest solution to appear on the first page is to subscribe to the Featured Company option for 30, 60 or 90 days

This can easily be done from the Employer DashboardVisibility section.

JOB VISIBILITY

Similarly, for the ease of finding and applying, the JOBS link takes the users directly to the jobs listing. Here visitors are able to see the most recently listed ten jobs. Jobs listed on the first page will naturally get more visibility compared to a jobs appearing on subsequent pages.
