Sea Gulf Industrial Supplies LLC is a British owned market leading Industrial Supply company based in Abu Dhabi UAE, Specialising in Supply Chain Management, Specialist Procurement for the Oil & Gas, Power & Nuclear Industries for some of the worlds largest companies located in the Middle East.

Sea Gulf are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join us to build on and expand our business in the United Arab Emirates.

  • The role will be remote based with 2 days a week based in the Sea Gulf Office in Abu Dhabi.
  • The role would be promoting Sea Gulf in the Emirates to existing and new clients..
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales within the Oil & Gas, Industrial or Energy Industry.
  • Their main duty is to sell Sea Gulf Business to our main client ADNOC. You will work closely with their procurement teams and commercial teams to ensure we are maximising our exposure within the company.
  • They will be able to put forward sales solutions with comprehensive thinking in scanning market for business opportunities, devise strategies to tap unexplored markets, new and existing customers and new applications, thereby generating leads.
  • Position requires, Technical Sales, New client acquisition into the company, Tendering experience, Proposals, ITT’s and Marketing, Building relationships with clients, agreeing and negotiating T&C’s and payments with regards to contracts and aftersales.
  • Experience in Client and product registration with ADNOC,  Governmental Authorities and National Oil Companies both in the UAE and externally in the Middle East is a must.
  • Expected to travel around the UAE promoting the companies products to prospective clients.
  • Expected to provide monthly sales reports to Management.

Responsibilities

  • Sea Gulf’s main Sales Representative to ADNOC
  • Maintain and grow Sea Gulf’s business with ADNOC
  • Actively seek and establish new business and client base through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • New Supplier registration and product registration with UAE Governmental Authorities and ADNOC, including National Oil Companies within the Middle East
  • Arrange and set up meetings with new, existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare, present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to new, existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform market research, cost-benefit and evaluate new, existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with new, existing & potential Sea Gulf Industrial Supplies LLC’s customers.
  • Listen, draw out and expedite client concerns/problems to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales KPI’s/targets and outcomes within given schedule.
  • Increase revenue year on year.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with up to date reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve personal and company performances through client and supplier feedback.
  • Attend and represent Sea Gulf Industrial Supplies LLC at trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Keep abreast and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies and promotional trends.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on goals, sales and prospects to the Management.
