Executive Trade Marketing (UAE Nationals Only)

IFFCO is looking to hire Executive Trade Marketing (UAE Nationals Only) to join their team in Sharjah.

Joining a winning team of trade marketing individuals to lead brands across UAE. The Job responsibility will be to drive the Brand agenda for customer & shopper across Retail Channels in UAE & ensure Market share growth coupled with sustainable investments for enhancing overall portfolio profitability.

• Driving value and volume targets for the month by LOB and ensure brand objectives are achieved for revenue
• Managing trade marketing investment for the category including innovation & enhancement in trade enablers
• Execution of all the launches / re-launches for the year
• Driving sales KPIs & KSIs through managing trade enablers across Retail Channels
• Lock Promotional plan by account every month and ensure stock availability
• Taking care of freshness policy i.e. managing near expiry stocks
• Custodian of SOP process and lock 3 months rolling sales estimates & promotional SKUs
• Design and regular updating of assortment and Planograms for the categories
