Public Relations Officer / Admin Support (UAE Nationals Only)

Established in 1964, Americana Foods is one of the largest and leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. They are looking to hire Public Relations Officer / Admin Support (UAE Nationals Only) to join their team in Dubai.

Position Overview:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and facilitating smooth interactions with government departments and regulatory bodies. This role also encompasses administrative support functions to assist in the efficient operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all visa applications, labor permits, and related documentation for employees.
• Manage the renewal and maintenance of company licenses and other official documents.
• Liaise with various government departments and agencies to ensure timely processing of all requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in government regulations and ensure the company’s compliance.
• Maintain organized records of all government-related documents and transactions.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
