MAP Associate – Marketing (UAE Nationals Only)

Established in 1964, Americana Foods is one of the largest and leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. We are looking to hire UAE Nationals to join our Management Acceleration Program – Marketing (UAE Nationals Only) based in Dubai.

Program Overview

The Management Acceleration Program (MAP) – Marketing is a rigorous, two-year graduate program tailored for ambitious marketing professionals ready to make an impact in the FMCG world. The program consists of rotations across key marketing functions, allowing associates to explore different specialties and develop a holistic understanding of brand and product marketing.

Upon completion, successful associates transition into a full-time Assistant Marketing Manager role in the area that best aligns with their passion and strengths.

What You’ll Do

Throughout the program, you’ll:

• Be mentored by experienced marketing leaders.
• Present to senior stakeholders and get real-time feedback.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with tangible business impact.
• Learn industry best practices in consumer behavior, brand strategy, data-driven marketing, and more.

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates (Class of 2022 onward) with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Passion for consumer brands, storytelling, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
