MAP Associate – Finance (UAE Nationals Only)

Established in 1964, Americana Foods is one of the largest and leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. We are looking to hire UAE Nationals to join our Management Acceleration Program – Finance (UAE Nationals Only) based in Dubai.

Position Overview:

The Management Acceleration Program (MAP) is a dynamic two-year initiative designed for recent graduates aspiring to build a robust career in finance within the FMCG sector. Participants will engage in four distinct six-month rotations across various finance functions, gaining comprehensive exposure and hands-on experience. Upon successful completion, associates will transition into an Assistant Manager role within their chosen finance specialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in four rotational assignments across finance departments, such as:
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive financial efficiency and innovation.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Engage with senior leadership through mentorship and feedback sessions.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach in diverse financial scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Graduated in 2022 or later.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment.
