DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) wanted to launch an Emirati Graduate Program for 2022. JFN Team were given the briefing and we presented a number of campaign options including the following:
We can create a pre-launch campaign to build UAEN-JS interest with an option to add their email address to be notified when the program application starts (March 2022).
We will promote the pre-launch campaign to build the excitement and user interest
FOLLOW button will also be included in the pre-launch campaign so DMCC can grow followers
By March 2022, you can activate the job posting to start receiving applications for the program
The job posting will be included in the pre-launch campaign as well to capture the audience
The individual job posting will also be promoted so the JS’s can apply directly
If DMCC is participating in the 3rd Virtual Emiratisation Career Fair (March 2022) than DMCC will also be a part of VECF promotional campaigns as well
After a number of internal design and user experience discussions, on 24th May 2022, we launched a 28 days ALMAS Emiratisation Graduate Development Program campaign.
