DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) wanted to launch an Emirati Graduate Program for 2022. JFN Team were given the briefing and we presented a number of campaign options including the following:

  1. We can create a pre-launch campaign to build UAEN-JS interest with an option to add their email address to be notified when the program application starts (March 2022).
  2. We will promote the pre-launch campaign to build the excitement and user interest
  3. FOLLOW button will also be included in the pre-launch campaign so DMCC can grow followers
  4. By March 2022, you can activate the job posting to start receiving applications for the program
  5. The job posting will be included in the pre-launch campaign as well to capture the audience
  6. The individual job posting will also be promoted so the JS’s can apply directly
  7. If DMCC is participating in the 3rd Virtual Emiratisation Career Fair (March 2022) than DMCC will also be a part of VECF promotional campaigns as well


After a number of internal design and user experience discussions, on 24th May 2022, we launched a 28 days
ALMAS Emiratisation Graduate Development Program campaign.

CAMPAIGN DESIGN:

JFN created the full campaign and banner design and incorporated the following as part of this campaign.

  3. Benefits of campaign
  4. Employee testimonials

The focused nurture campaign resulted in applications of 98 UAE Nationals over the 28 days period. Success of any campaign is the results of all the individual components that build the user-experience.  

BENEFITS OF NURTURE CAMPAIGNS:

One of the biggest benefits of a nurture campaign is it’s exclusivity element. 

While the Jobs page shows all jobs from different Employers, the nurture campaigns are Employer exclusive, designed to promote and highlight specific content. 

Nurture campaigns are specifically designed to promote a variety of content such as career opportunities, announcements, updates,… and can include images and videos. 

The nurture campaigns are also promoted on the home page for maximum visibility, as well as other channels such as social media, email marketing, pop-up banners, …

Unlimited nurture campaigns are also included in the Premium Employer Memberships. However for Basic Employer Memberships, they can be activated from the MARCOMS menu.
