Job Description
Dubai Racing Club (DRC) is looking to hire a UAE National Accountant for their Dubai office.
- DRC Group entities Purchased TAX Invoice documents verification and posting which is with or without Purchase orders.
- Regular/Fixed Expense Invoices cost center wise accounting such as Fuel, Visa Medical, Catering, Traffic Fines, Salik, Etisalat etc,
- Issuing Tax Invoices/Debit Notes to Internal entities in link with Tax Registrations for recovering costs pertains to the intercompany/dept.
- Rectifying and passing necessary actual entries if errors found in assigning WBS, GL A/c & Cost Centre while issuing PR by end users.
- Complete Involvement in GRN activities; Materials, Services, Contracts, AMC’s as a regular stable/dept. requests whereas Flat Races, Endurance and Overseas Rides are seasonal requests which is following with end-users to confirm Goods/Service receipt through online (SAP) once they receive them with satisfactory, in order to proceed further Vendor Invoices & payments.
- In this Process, providing complete support to end user and sorting discrepancies if any on documentation & other.
- Processing supplier payments (Local & Overseas), Internal & External vendor account reconciliation.
- Preparing Monthly Expenses Accrual Report for Monthly Financial Statement bases on the Actuals (Which has actual Vendor Invoices) and Committed Expenses (Materials & Services requested by respective dept./stables, Races & Rides(Local & Overseas))
- VAT returns/Claim Filing – Providing & assisting information to Tax Management team as and when required (Documentations & passing entries if required)
- EEC revenue entries checking, posting and providing support as and when required.
