Senior Manager Contracts – Global Village (UAE Nationals Only)

Dubai Holding Entertainment is looking to hire Senior Manager Contracts – Global Village (UAE Nationals Only) to join their team at Global Village Dubai.

Job Overview:
Here’s your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager Contracts at Global Village, Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Participate, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing the draft documents including the Leasing, Sales and Sponsorship contracts drafting and review.
• Studying the legalities of contracts and negotiating the terms and conditions with the counterparty.
• To participate and lead the negotiations for the critical negotiations and disputes resolution.
• As needed, to support other DHE assets with the necessary information and documentation for synergy purposes.
• Support the Commercial Operations and Compliance team by providing the necessary inputs in order to carry out the on-ground inspections
• Resolve disputes and issues with Global Village’s investors in a timely manner, and according to the mutually agreed terms and conditions, and directions and recommendation from Global Village management.
• Ensure all new laws and regulations issued by government authorities are properly captured in the agreements and implemented by the Global Village’s investors
• Managing Terminations and Settlement Agreements, drafting , and calculating the settlement amounts and endorsing it  to the terminated investors
• As needed, provide guidance on contractual matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
• Conduct the periodic performance evaluations for Investors
• Conduct the Partner satisfaction survey and present the outputs and analysis to GV management.
• Support Corporate Development department with the necessary data and documents for certifications, service excellence and quality award submission.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements, and attend as member of the DHE/GV HSE committees.

About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management or equivalent.

Experience:

• A minimum 8-12 years relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in a senior role in management.
