That’s why we were proud to see so many of our Human Capital colleagues recognized at the GOV HR and Youth Awards, which celebrates excellence in people development.
The award winners included HR Leader of the Year Ayesha Al Hammadi, who has played a key role in the team driving our AI-enabled culture.
Our Group Shared Services project was awarded for unlocking efficiencies across our company, while the ‘Khebra Program’ was acknowledged for keeping ADNOC alumni connected to our business and enabling knowledge transfer to the next generation.
Teams and individuals at ADNOC Distribution and ADNOC Offshore – including Offshore CEO Tayba Al Hashemi – were also celebrated for their work enhancing development, diversity, engagement and wellbeing across their operations.
