Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Brow Expert to join the team.

Position Overview:
As a Brow Expert for Benefit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and brow expertise to our customers. You will assist them in selecting the right products and provide the best services. Your passion for beauty and dedication to helping customers look and feel their best will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and growing our brand’s presence.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and sell Benefit products.
• Perform brow shaping and styling services with precision and attention to detail, enhancing the customer experience and showcasing our products in action.
• Build partnership with the Counter/Boutique Manager and Retail Development Team to ensure continuous training and development of the team.
• Achieve required retail sales targets as communicated by the manager daily.
• Link sell to help grow Items Per Transaction and Average Basket Value.
• Attend and actively participate in training meetings as advised by the education team.
• Ensure the counter maintains excellent VM standards and is regularly cleaned and restocked.
• Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication.

Qualifications:

• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a particular interest in brows.
• Previous experience in a sales or beauty advisor role preferred.
• Must be comfortable engaging with customers.
• Sales driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken English is essential.
