Customer Service Representative (UAE Nationals Only)

CUMMINS Arabia is looking to hire Customer Service Representative (UAE Nationals Only) to join their team in Dubai.

Job Summary:
Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle (from new customer setup, order entry/modification, escalations; responsibilities might include logistics management) to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single-point-of-contact to customers, parts distribution centers and/or manufacturing plants and cross functional departments to process and fulfil customer orders; providing accurate documentation and continual communication to customer throughout the process.
  
• Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of the processes, systems, and practices; provide timely and informative responses as per the Service Level Agreement.
• Maintain a precise backlog and collaborate with the central supply planning team to ensure adequate inventory for customer demand.
• Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system. Checking inventories to locate requested products, stock allocation, apply discounts, review orders for accuracy and issue invoices.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with the Project team and follow up with the finance team on customer credit limits. Apply special pricing, payment terms, and shipping details accurately to all orders. Collaborate closely with the shipping department to facilitate on-time processing and order deliveries
• Acts as liaison between the customer and aftermarket and/or manufacturing location for quality issues; submit Material Non-Conformance or Process Non-Conformance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in the relevant field
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Good communication skills – written & speaking
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Quick learner
