Greenstone Equity Partners is looking to hire a Finance Intern (UAE Nationals Only) to join their team in Dubai.
Finance Graduate Trainee
- Daily maintenance of accounting books and records
- Daily posting of journal entries and ensuring all transactions are recorded and documented in accordance with company policies
- Bank and credit card account reconciliation and timely resolution of outstanding items
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers; managing A/P process
- Monthly reconciliation of general-ledger accounts; timely identification and resolution of the issues
- Assist with the regulatory reporting and other compliance requirements
- Interacting with the company’s banks to maintain a good working relationship
- Assisting with annual audits
- Fund account reviews and reconciliation
- English and Arabic speaker

تسوية حسابات البنوك وبطاقات الائتمان وحل العناصر المعلقة في الوقت المناسب –
التواصل مع البائعين والموردين؛ إدارة عمليات الحسابات مستحقة الدفع –
التسوية الشهرية لحسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام؛ تحديد المشكلات وحلها في الوقت المناسب –
المساعدة في إعداد التقارير التنظيمية ومتطلبات الامتثال الأخرى –
التعامل مع بنوك الشركة للحفاظ على علاقة عمل جيدة –
المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق السنوية –
مراجعة حسابات الصندوق و مطابقتها –
متحدث للغة الانجليزية واللغة العربية –
