If the Human Being still judge from the photo of the person they live in Backward life.

Realistically speaking, an image of the recruit would have an impact on selection. As previous studies have shown image and first impressions are critical in human resourcing, given that the CV is impressive. Human nature plays a role in this situation, we have to admit that CV’s with no images are similar to blind dates! I have seen Individuals who go way over board with the images that they attach to their resume. That is absolutely not advisable. A simple image with a slight smile is more inviting than a straight face. In other words, a picture speaks a thousand words.
