The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), in partnership with the Ministry of Health, has signed a new memorandum of understanding to activate the “Skills Accelerator” initiative — a strategic national program designed to upskill Saudi talent and align workforce capabilities with the future demands of the Kingdom’s healthcare sector.

The initiative brings together sector employers, ministries, universities, and training institutions to create a comprehensive Sector Skills Framework for healthcare.
