The deadline for companies to achieve their Emiratisation targets is now Friday 7th July 2023.
In consideration of the upcoming Eid holiday, the deadline for private sector companies with 50 employees or more to achieve a 1% Emiratisation rate for skilled positions has been extended. Now, you have until 7th July to meet the target. Non-compliant companies will face a fine/financial contribution of AED42,000 for each Emirati not employed starting from 8th July. Take advantage of this extension and work towards a more diverse workforce.
