MAP Associate – Human Resources (UAE Nationals Only)

Established in 1964, Americana Foods is one of the largest and leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. We are looking to hire UAE Nationals to join our Management Acceleration Program – Human Resources (UAE Nationals Only) based in Dubai.

Program Overview

The Management Acceleration Program (MAP) – Human Resources is a two-year, full-time graduate program crafted to build the next generation of HR leaders at Americana Foods. The program offers four rotational assignments of six months each, exposing participants to key HR domains. Associates gain real-world experience, strategic exposure, and career clarity while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

At the end of the program, successful participants transition into an Assistant HR Manager role in their preferred area of specialization.

Program Highlights

• Participate in strategic HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Who Should Apply

• Recent graduates (Class of 2022 onwards) with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Passion for people, organizational behavior, and creating workplace impact.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Curiosity to learn, ability to adapt, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
